What arrival day looks like
Payment schedule
| # | What's due | When |
| 1 | $350.00 deposit | At registration — secures the adventure |
| 2 | 20% of remaining fees | Within 30 days of registration |
| 3 | 40% of remaining fees | October 1 of the year before arrival |
| 4 | Final balance | April 1 |
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. Northern Tier commits money to
staff, food and supplies based on your reservation. Be conservative — and don't pay for anyone who hasn't
made a real financial commitment. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
How to pay
Credit card, check or E-Check (ACH) by calling 218-365-4811, or online through your registration.
Checks go to Northern Tier, Attn: Registrar, 14790 Moose Lake Rd., Ely, MN 55731 with the expedition or
reservation number on the memo line.
Camperships (financial aid)
Camperships are available to youth members with special financial needs. Applications live at
ntier.org/resources/parentinfo and are due January 31 of the year you attend. They're reviewed in
February, with notification to the Crew Advisor before the final payment deadline. If cost is the only thing
standing between you and this trip — apply.
